How It Works
1. Book Your Session Choose your package online and pick a date that works for you. We confirm within 24 hours and send you a personalized prep guide — what to wear, how to prepare, and exactly what to expect on the day.

2. We Come to You We arrive at your home, office, or preferred location and set up a full professional studio — lighting, backdrop, everything. You don’t move an inch. No commute, no parking, no stress.
We encourage you to be yourself during your session as it helps us create authentic images.
3. Relax & Shoot We guide every pose, angle, and expression throughout your session. Most clients are surprised by how easy and fun it is. No photography experience needed — just show up as yourself.
4. Review & Select After your session you’ll receive a private online gallery to review all your photos. You choose your favorites for retouching based on your package.
5. Receive Your Photos Your professionally retouched, high-resolution images are delivered to your personal online gallery within one week — ready to download and use anywhere.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your preferred date. For team sessions of 10+ people, two weeks advance notice is ideal.
Do I need to travel to a studio? Never. We bring our full professional studio setup to your location — home, office, or anywhere in the DMV area.
How long does a session take? Mini sessions run 30 minutes. Professional sessions run 60 minutes. Executive Brand and Signature Branding sessions run 75 minutes to 2 hours. Team sessions depend on team size — typically 1–3 hours.
How many photos will I receive? Mini Session — 1 retouched image. Professional Session — 5 retouched images. Executive Brand — 8 retouched images. Signature Branding — 15 retouched images. Additional retouched images are available for $50 each.
Can I buy more retouched images after my session? Yes — additional retouched images are available for $30 each after your session.
What if I don’t like any of the photos? This rarely happens but if you’re unhappy we’ll work with you to make it right. Client satisfaction is our priority.
How do I receive my photos? Via a personalized password-protected online gallery. You can download all images directly in high resolution.
Can I use my photos for commercial purposes? All packages include personal use rights — website, LinkedIn, social media, press, and marketing materials. For commercial advertising use please contact us for licensing options.
We offer flexible options for your headshot session to accommodate your busy schedule.
What is your cancellation policy? We ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a rebooking fee.
Do you shoot on weekends? Yes — sessions are available Monday through Saturday. Sunday availability is limited, contact us to check.
